The proposed design of our main entrance lobby in Baabda 5565 took all the technical and aesthetical requirements as well as the budget constraints into consideration and materialized it to our full satisfaction.

To start with the lobby, RM Architecture surprised us with a very smart idea mixing stone cladding with mirror strips virtually increasing the size of the lobby, while integrating lights and door ring bells.
For the roof terrace, they prepared 2 alternatives, one consisting of a conservative design, the other consisting of a much more daring and contemporary approach. The outcome of both alternatives is of a classy and refined taste, addressing all of our requirements.

We called upon RMArchitecture / Roland Mitri to design our building in Brumana while the structure was already cast according to another project. At the time, we did not really have the least idea on how to improve the design at hand.
Well, the way they handled our project, or how they tamed the existing conditions, and provided us with innovative solutions, ultimately exceeded any of our expectations in each and every way. The layouts were ruled by a very strict sense of organization, yet the spaces were fluid, sun and light were very present, letting each and every room breathe with nature. The elevations were a pure reflection of the layouts and the improvements brought forward by their Team.

We have worked with RM Architecture on several projects throughout the past 7 years. We have been very much impressed by their ongoing professionalism and dedication to all five projects. When we asked RMArchitecture to design the entrances of our new buildings, as well as the bridge linking the 1st floor balcony of Bloc A to the roof of the lower building Bloc B in Sahel Alma 828, they proved to be enthusiastic and made sure we got exactly what we needed in term of innovative design of the bridge as well as a very practical wide access to the terrace creating a useful space to the apartment.

A friend recommended RMArchitecture after we struggled with a couple of architects to get a personalized design for the renovation of our old mountain house.
RMA's approach was impressive from day one. They took time to spend the necessary hours on site, trying to understand every aspect of the plot and the existing construction, then we spent almost half a day in the office providing them with our expectations, the functionality and practicality of our future family house. The project was complex enough as we have an existing old house with rather weak structure, and we needed to add approx double the current size.
RMA invited us for a meeting to discuss the suggested structure, and we were extremely impressed to say the least. They prepared 2 alternatives in which every element we discussed was taken into account, the functionality of the house was amazing. It was very well designed to accommodate 5 families while preserving individual intimacy, air and light were abundant, and you could feel as if nature is integrated into the house... A dream family home, without being excessive.
With their help, we decided to abandon the G House alternative and retain the Z House.

This goes back to 1986 when planning to have my dental clinic in the basement of my family’s building in Dbayeh. The space was initially dedicated for storage, with one façade exposed to the outside and only one opening; we could hardly figure out how this could become a livable space.
It was to the best of our luck that we commissioned Roland / RM Architecture to design the clinic, as the solution they proposed proved to be surprisingly outstanding on each and every level:
The entrance porch putting the clinic forward despite its tangential position to the main road, the waiting area and the separating vestibule guaranteeing the privacy of every space in the clinic, the office and operating room, all flooded with natural light and naturally ventilated.
RM Architecture exerted their attention to every detail in the clinic, and wrapped it out with fancy materials consisting of a smart mix between fair faced concrete and natural stone.
The outcome is remarkably pleasant and comforting inside out, and even today, 30 years later, all my patients and fellow colleagues compliment me for this fancy design...
