The project consists of extending the 1st floor apartment’s balcony to an outside terrace located on top of the adjacent’s building core through a metallic bridge. The terrace has an outstanding panoramic view over Jounieh’s bay enjoyable from a mirador on its edge. It features integrated landscaped stone benches for day to day outdoor seating and other receptions.
The main lobby is also designed to improve the entrance experience of the main building.
