Project Management

RMArchitecture draws its strength in Project Management from the extensive experience of its Founder who practiced such functions for over 15 years and was involved in challenging projects in Beirut and abroad, such as the SP4 Residential Project, WFC Dbayeh, the Dalfa Tower, the Sky Gate Tower, the Platinum Tower, and the Nayaland Villa with Nabil Gholam Architects in Beirut, Lebanon, and the Relais de Poste with T. LEFER, Architect in Paris, France, as well as others…

RMArchitecture Project Management Services cover all the steps required for the sound elaboration of the projects throughout all the design stages and the smooth implementation of the design on site. These stretch from the project definition and requirements, to the data collection, to the elaboration of the scope of services for the Architectural and Services teams involved in the project, along with the Specialties, the production of the design drawings and details, to the development of the specifications and the cost estimates, the schedules, the workforce, as well as to supervising and monitoring the works (including control and verification) at each and every step of the project.
This also involves value engineering exercises and evaluation to guarantee the integrity of the standards required for the project.

Consultancy

In addition to the design services that it offers, RMArchitecture is also solicited for consultancy and sub-consultancy services for a variety of projects and firms in the form of partnerships, joint ventures or simple expertise missions in the architecture and engineering fields.
This also consists of 3rd Party control and monitoring of design and/or supervision of works by others, as well as offering technical assistance or performing work as Architects of Record.

To date, RMArchitecture performed the following:

  • Consultancy services for the Central Bank of Lebanon - Banque du Liban - concerning their branches in Saida, Tripoli, Zahle, as well as their Main Office in Beirut.
  • Consultancy services for Urban Design Projects with ENTEGRO, for the Bejje Village, as well as for 7 Villages in the Metn District.
  • Consultancy services for MEDMAC concerning Villa Sobrawi in Tyre.
  • Asserted expertise for Loans concerning staff’s personal development projects at Banque du Liban.
