The structure of this residence was already cast according to a previous architectural project. The Owner’s objective was to split the house and assign the lower floor to his parents, and keep the upper part for the Family.
Our intervention focused on adapting the proposed architectural solution to the existing structure while maintaining the integrity of the architectural spaces in the split program. The solution consisted of combining the resulting mix seamlessly in one architecture, giving each dwelling the required level of privacy while still keeping the connection between them.
