3 Units: The concept consists of a modular house composed of 3 prefabricated units It comprises 2 small bedrooms,1 bathroom, and a reception area with an open kitchen. A chimney can also be accommodated. The Pitch-Ed is characterized by its gable roof and its cross ventilated, cross oriented living area. It also integrates a mezzanine on top of the bedrooms.
